Other AYSO 1463 Practice Fields
Other practice fields will be made available to your AYSO 1463 Coaches. These fields are ones that have been approved by our region and the City of Murrieta and are close in proximity to our Torey Pines main field.

Practice Days & Times
Practices will occur sometime between Mondays - Fridays anywhere from 4pm - Sundown.
Head Coaches will select their practice days and times based on field availability. Parents will be notified of their practice days and times once their team has been formed and their Coach is selected.

Gamedays
* For our Schoolyard, 6U, 8U divisions all games will happen on Saturdays. Times will vary based on the schedule. All games are played at Torrey Pines park

* For our 10U & 12U core divisions, a vast majority of your games will happen on Saturday. There may be a very occasional weeknight game but these do not occur often. All games are played at Torrey Pines park.

* For 14U-19U core divisions, a majority of your games will occur on Saturdays but you will also have a number of weeknight games. About 50% of your games will be played at Torrey Pines park while the other 50% will be at the fields of our neighboring regions, i.e. French Valley, Menifee, Perris, etc.

** An additional $3.50 service charge will be added per transaction. Register all children in one transaction to avoid multiple charges.

REGISTRATION FEES COVER THE FOLLOWING

Fees will cover the following costs for the upcoming Fall 2025 Season:

Administrative Fees
a. Provides funding for new AYSO 1463 Equipment & General Upkeep of Current Equipment
b. Provides funding for City of Murrieta and MVUSD Park Fees
c. Covers AYSO 1463 Administrative Fees
d. Covers the AYSO National Player Insurance Fee - $25 fee goes directly to AYSO National
NOTE: If a refund request is honored by AYSO 1463, the refund will subtract $25 for the National Fee as well as $10 for AYSO 1463 Processing Fees.

e. Covers the Volunteer Membership Program Fee (Sterling Background Check & Live Scan)
AYSO National has upgraded to a Level 2 Background Check process via Sterling Background Checks. This is a more expensive but more in-depth check. As a result AYSO 1463 will need to pay $25 for every Volunteer to the program.

AYSO National also requires all AYSO regions to ensure that all volunteers take and complete Live Scan background checks. Each of these checks costs on average about $25 per volunteer.

In order to avoid asking Volunteers for $50 out of pocket, AYSO 1463 has elected to subsidize this amount to all players registered. This amounts to about $9 per player.

Carson Valley AYSO Region 318

Carson Valley AYSO runs two recreational ("Core") soccer seasons, Fall and Spring. There are NO tryouts, everyone plays!

We are completely volunteer run and always need coaches and referees to make the season happen.

To REGISTER login on this website (or create an account if you're new) for yourself using your email (use an email you check regularly as this is one of the main ways we communicate). Then add your child, you will see available programs based on your child's birthdate.

Scholarships

If you feel you cannot afford the full registration fees, partial scholarships are available through a generous donation provided by the Coach Stephen Cochran Fund. To apply for a scholarship, please send to an email to [email protected]. We simply ask for one hour per child of volunteer time throughout the season. Thank you.

WAITLIST INFORMATION

The waitlist is usually turned on after the regular registration deadline or if the maximum number (cut off number) has been reached prior to the last day of registration.

We utilize the waitlist as a "pause button" to determine if we can make more teams or to "fill in" for dropped players.
Moving off of the waitlist may take a few weeks and some patience, but you will be contacted via email if your player has been "activated" from the waitlist.
Once you are activated from the waitlist, you have 48 hours to pay to get your child on the team at that point.
No player that registers is guaranteed to play, as this is ALWAYS based on the number of VOLUNTEER coaches that are available for your child's division.
It's possible that a player can jump off of the waitlist if a parent of a waitlisted player volunteers to be a HEAD coach for the division where coaches are still needed. Please contact us if interested.
Players are put back on the waitlist in a backwards chronological order to instill fairness for our process, if we run out of volunteer coaches.

REGISTRATION AGE BREAKDOWN

AYSO uses a school-year age matrix with an August 1 cutoff to determine player divisions, aligning with U.S. Soccer and other major youth soccer organizations.

Under this model, a player’s division is based on their age during the school-year timeframe of August 1 through July 31.

For Example: A player who is 5 years old on August 1 will play in the 6U division for that Fall season.

This age group cutoff aligns soccer age groups with school-year peers, helping more players participate and stay in the game with their classmates and friends.

Refund Policy

The last day to submit a refund request is the date of registration close. Refunds will not be issued after registration closes. Expenses for all players are paid including but not limited to uniforms, field maintenance, city park fees, equipment purchases, and more. Please take this into consideration before registering your player. If you request a refund before registration closes your request in full, minus the national fee and service fee(s) will be considered. Contact [email protected] to submit your refund request.
