By submitting your registration, you agree to the AYSO Region 318 Cancellation & Refund Policy. All cancellations and refund requests must be submitted via email to: [email protected].

We understand that families may need to cancel a registration for various reasons. However, once registration closes, teams are formed and coaches and players are assigned. Last-minute changes require significant rework to reorganize teams and player placements. The AYSO and our region also incur expenses for every player before practice begins each season. As a non-profit organization, once funds are allocated to seasonal expenses, we are unable to issue refunds. Please carefully review this policy before registering your player.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
The final date to submit a refund request is the registration close date for that season.

All refund requests are subject to review and approval by the AYSO Region 318 Regional Commissioner, Registrar, and Treasurer.

NON-REFUNDABLE FEES

• $25 AYSO National Player Membership Fee
• Service/transaction fees  
• Optional player insurance purchased during registration (administered by a third-party provider)

CANCELLATION & REFUND REQUESTS

• All cancellation/refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected].
• Please allow three to six weeks for processing of all approved cancellations and refunds.
