Thursday, June 20th, 5 - 7:30p in the ceramics room.

Please join us! We will have some brand new AYSO Sweatshirts for sale! If you have never signed up for AYSO before, please bring a birth certificate of your player (or pic of it) for verification. You will only have to do this once!

1.  AYSO has changed to a calendar birth year to determine age divisions (see explanation and chart below).

2.  We have a new online registration system that allows you to register and pay fees through our website! Our registration system is now part of Blue Sombrero from Dick's Sporting Goods.  All registration and volunteer applications will now be done directly on this website.  Carson Valley's AYSO's website is also now part of this new system.

ALL users will need to create new accounts as of the Fall 2017 season.  The old eayso accounts are no longer valid.  But, after you create and re-enter information this year, subsequent years will be even easier.

To aid you, our AYSO friends in Burlingame, CA have produced a step by step screen shot walk through.

AYSO is now in compliance with US Soccer's Birth Year Registration.  The registration system will place your player in the correct division, to view the divisions see the Birth Year Chart.

If you have not already done so, click the "Register Now" button at the upper right of this web page.  This will allow you to create a new account.  You will also create a username (verses the old system that used your email address as a login).    Once you create the account, you will fill in some basic information about yourself (if you want to also add a spouse/secondary account holder) you can do that as well at that time.

Then follow the screen instruction and enter basic player information (new players will need to bring a birth certificate/passport to onsite registration).  You will then be able to select the program for your player, complete the full form, electronically sign it and complete the checkout process.

AYSO has changed from a school year registration to a birth year registration in order to align with other  American youth soccer program providers interpretation of the U.S. Soccer Player Development Initiatives.

The effective date of age determination for registration shall be the player's age as of December 31 looking ahead of the Membership Year.  Example: For MY2019 the division the child will be placed in will be determined based on their age on December 31, 2019.

Use this chart to help determine the proper age and division for players.  Click here to view the chart.

How does it really work? Registration for MY2019 for a player that is presently 11 and turns 12 at any time in 2019 will be in the 12U division.  If a player is presently 12, but turns 13 during the fall of 2018 or in 2019, s/he will be in 14U, unless a program has a 13U division.
